Our Story
With the rapid-fire changes in our economy, the need for short-term housing has increased significantly, so we decided to shift our portfolio to include short term rentals.
We partner seamlessly with residential and commercial landlords using our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Our process provides guaranteed income for the property owner and eliminates all worries associated with tenants defaulting on rent and the eventual evictions which sometimes follow.

No problem - the more the merrier! We sign multi-year leases for 5-10 units at once, which saves you the cost and time of finding a different tenant for each unit and collecting payment from multiple different people or entities.

Trust
We hire our cleaning staff internally. We do not outsource our cleaning to any other company. This practice enables us to set high quality control standards and maintain a professional level of cleanliness after each stay. Our staff is trained to focus on the most tiniest of details because we know that cleanliness is one of the keys to keeping our units rented.
Safety
Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit which provide monitoring 24/7.
Noise Detector devices are installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain decibel level.
Smart Locks are installed on each door which generate a new code for each guest. All codes are deleted upon checkout.
In-House Cleaning Staff
